***Any participant could present one paper, however can be co-author in any other presentation or poster. Registartion fee must be paid for any presentation or poster; they will be published in Conference Proceedings Book or in agreed journals.

Full paper is not mandatory. However, if you send us later your full paper it will be changed with your abstract in our conference proceedings book.

*Your papers will be accepted after per-reviewing by our Scientific Committee 

Oral presentations are allocated 15 minutes, inclusive of questions and discussion. Authors selected for poster presentation are requested to submit their poster files via email attachment. All posters will be displayed digitally on an electronic wall-poster system; traditional printed poster sessions will not be held at this conference.

You are invited to register and submit your abstract online. One Main Author is allowed to send only one presentation. The submitted abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and a confirmation message on the mode of presentation will be sent on your e mail.

Authors will be informed the status of their presentation by October 31 2026. An E Book of Abstracts (both oral and poster presentations) will be available to the Participants.

The conference is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians. 

The conference language is English,

Our Conferenece Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the conference.
